PakChamp provides web hosting to its clients globally, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best possible services. All clients / accounts & services of PakChamp are subject to the following terms of service:

 

Indemnification Policy You agree to use all PakChamp services and facilities at your own risk. PakChamp specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall PakChamp be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.

 

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold PakChamp harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against PakChamp, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PakChamp against liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with PakChamp's servers.

 

PakChamp reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from PakChamp's server. PakChamp shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.

 

Ownership The email account used for sign up / registers; credit card holder, owner of the PayPal e-mail address which is utilized for payment on the account is designated as the authorized owner of the hosting account.

 

Your responsibility You must check email address inbox / spam / junk folders associated with your account for Renewal of domain / hosting & other subscribed services notifications Invoice notifications Email verifications General announcements Services updates Policy update Domain expiry notifications You must have to renew domain / hosting services before the expiry to save late fee charges. You are responsible for the security of your accounts login credentials and information. You must take weekly / monthly backups from your respective control panels and download / save them in your local PC, Laptops, and USB drives.

    Refunds:
                                          We offer a 10 day’s refund policy for all shared / reseller web hosting accounts.
                                          If you’re not satisfied simply cancel within first 10 days to have your money refunded.

                                          Email sending limits:
                                          Shared Hosting: 500 emails / per hour (No bulk emails)
                                          Reseller Hosting: 500 emails / per hour (No bulk emails)
                                          VPS / Dedicated Server: Unlimited (No Spamming)
                                          Colocation: Unlimited (No Spamming) 

 

Backups and data loss Our backup service runs once a month overwrites any of our previous backups made, we are not responsible for files or data residing on your account. Your use of this service is at your sole risk. You must take weekly / monthly backups from your respective control panels and download / save them in your local PC, Laptops, and USB drives.

 

Expiration: On expiration of the hosting services, we shall be entitled immediately to block your access to the services. Cancellation / Termination: On Cancellation or termination of the services, we shall be entitled to remove all data located on our servers. It is your responsibility to download, or secure possession of, the data prior to the date of termination.

 

Billing At this time we bill weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending upon the service. We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Mobile Payments, PayPal, Visa & Master Card. There is no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.
